Group of orchids in one pot.
Default Group of orchids in one pot.

So I decided to put all my orchids into one pot, because I thought it would look nice. It's three phalaenopsis, and two oncindium (one may be a militonia), and I'm beginning it's not such a great idea...Before hand, all my orchids were in the same room, so same temperature and everything. Can anyone tell me if they'll survive together or not? Any help would be great appreciated.

Your phals will probably be o.k. but the oncs need brighter light........
Maybe if you place them so that the oncs shade the phals it will work.
Some will tell you that "putting all your eggs in one basket" isn't a good idea as if one becomes ill it might pass it on to the others.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, that would suck if one got diseased and killed the rest. And more or less, the oncs are shading the phals. Well thank you. You been helpful. I suppose I will keep it as is
