Default info bout tissue culture

hi. yesterday while watering i dropped one of my oncidiums. one of the new growths broke off and i wanted to know if theres any companies that i could send it to to make clones of it or if anyone has info on tissue culture to reproduce my own plants.

It's hard to find a company that does cloning for just one explant.

There's also the issue of are there still good living meristems on the broken piece.

If the plant is still alive, I wouldn't concern myself with cloning. You just don't have time to do the research and all that.

If you go it yourself, you run the chance of having to fail the first few times before getting down your technique.

Just like Mr. Miyagi said to Daniel-san in the Karate Kid Part 3 when one of the bullies broke a bonsai tree in half, "If plant has strong roots, plant will grow."
