It is not "crown rot", as the crown is the center of the growth, where new leaves originate.
A general comment: I suspect you are not watering or feeding the plant sufficiently, as I would expect the plant to have more, and fleshier leaves. Maybe it's being kept too bright, too.

hopefully it is just a dead tissue with mold/fungus like you observed. however, a new leave dropped off from the centre too - as it seems to rot at the base of the plant. let's see what happens next.
thanks for the comment - it is mounted and hang under shade, and watered daily. but i have not feed the plant
probably its time to feed
