Sounds like sunburn to me, try moving it to a more shaded spot. Brassias like bright light, but direct sun is too much.

Definitely needs more shade.

Also you might want to keep it a bit drier during the cooler months and water it more during the summer months according to your climate.

It might be worth asking a local grower the best way to grow that one, they do like bright light but not direct sunshine.

I'm guessing from the images that this is normal dropping of old leaves. They do that. The black spots look like spots caused by misting. I have learned that many genera of orchids resent being misted. My Oncidiums look like that because I was frequently and diligently misting the leaves each day. Now I don't.

I hope that's just normal falling. I couldnt find a whole lot of info on what to expect when I got it. Its pretty amazing how fast the flowers open up it must have 20 on there now

Notice the "leaves" come from two location - at the outside of the pseudobulbs and at the top of the pseudobulbs. The first ones to yellow then come of should be the outside ones. If all yellow at the same same, that's wrong.
