It's been really humid, but that didn't seem to keep mine from drying out. I think I just wasn't watering them enough. I tried soaking them this morning and they've at least made it through the day without drying out, which is better than yesterday! I think that will be the plan until it gets cooler. I also let them stay outside all day today and they seemed perfectly happy - a couple of the unopened buds are even begining to open. I think they'll do fine out on the porch, but I'll keep an eye on them to be sure!

Thanks for the advice!

That's AWFUL!!! That hasn't happened with my phals even though the temperature in Toronto is HOT!!! Since Sunday, it's been like 30+ degrees Celsius...

AThoele, I soak my phals as Camille said. I soak mine for about 15-20 minutes and I find that I water them about once a week. In the cooler seasons, I can stretch to 10-14 days sometimes. Anyhoo, I find the soaking method to be better than just watering them from the top and letting the water just run through. Plus, I don't have to worry about getting water in the crown and stuff.
