Phal leaf burnt?

Can you tell me what may be causing the leaf on my phal to develop these yellow spots?? I have attached a picture on my album. I couldn't attach the pic for some reason on my post so if you go to my profile, the pic is there. I thought maybe it's because the sun, so I moved it to the part in the house where it only gets a mild morning sun.
