Question about Leptotes bicolor bud sheaths
Hi all... My Leptotes bicolor has been putting out little nubbiny buddy sheaths from the bases of leaves, where the leaves are grooved. But they've been doing this for a while now, some since January. They seem to gradually get bigger and more plump, but still are just at the leaf bases.
I guess my questions are: is this 'chid generally slow to put out buds? If the nubbins sheath over, does that mean they won't bloom? What should I be looking for to show progress? Probably, I just need to be more patient. But I don't really have any idea of what to expect in terms of the Leptotes habits.
Any thoughts or advice much appreciated!
