Reputable Vendors - Dendrobiums and Phals

I've been looking at web sites 'shopping' for my next orchids I'd like to get. . .and I'm nervous about buying.
Could you please suggest some reputable vendors/sites you've used and were happy with the orchids you received? I want to make sure the orchid is healthy, and that I get what I request. Are there any sites I should definitely stay away from?
