Default Ribbed leaf on Phal

I nearly cooked this plant last year with a little direct sunlight. The plant flowered recently, and now it has grown a new leaf with ribs on it. Is it the stress of last year, or is it a sign of neglect due to it being a noid?

It has another leaf barely peeking out, and it still hasn't dropped the 2 flowers that survive. I'm happy that it is growing, considering the torture it has endured.

Are you sure it's a Phalaenopsis? It looks like an Angraecum or a Rhynchostylis. Any flower pics?

I've had Phals do that, but not quite so pronounced. It's probably due to stress, perhaps too little water combined with too much sun. It may look a little goofy, but should be OK.
