Question Kiki's?

I think I have kikis forming on two novia or novio Dendrobiums. One is for Dendrobium Oriental "Fantasy" and another is an unkown. I'm assuming they are kikis cuz they look like minature planst coming off the most active spikes. My panic is that I dont know how to raise them and I dont want to discard of them. I also don't know when and if to take the kikis off and replant them I'm assuming. Here are pictures of the mother plants if any one can help me out with figuring out what species the unknown dendrobium orchid is that would be great.

I will post pictures of the kikis when I take pictures of them. They seem pretty big in size.

No idea what the noid is but those are some beauties you have there! As far as keikis go I'd leave them on the plant until they have lots of nice roots, then plant them in a pot to fit the roots (probably a tiny tiny pot) and keep them a little more shaded and humid than the parent.

I'm so terrified of these Keiki's I think its because I've never dealt with "baby orchids" and I've heard the smaller the plant the tougher they are to raise, I'm debating on going back to the place where I purchased the "mother" plant and asking if they want the babies only because I don't want to screw it up or throw them out

I have pictures of the keikis taken today.

dont worry about your keiki's if you want to remove them then jsut let the roots grow a little longer. they will be very easy to remove, if you cant just take them off without any tools, then gently use a sharp knife, just be careful not to damage the plants if you do.
when i have removed keiki's from my den. nobile i just treat the keiki's like i treat the mother plant and they do fine.
you can also just leave them on if you wish
in anycase then i definately think you should give keeping them a try. you will be just fine.

edit:
oh and i always spray my keiki's with water everyday ( at least when its sunny) not sure if that is the right way to handle them or not, but they seem to grow longer roots that way.. but then again, first time im trying to keep my keiki's on my plant so it might just be because they are getting more time there
