Paph leaves too light in color?

I know I should have a picture to accompany this post (posssible I can get one in a day or two) but I thought I'd throw the question out there anyway.

I just received a paph sukhakulii in bud from an eBay auction. It's a nice size and is in bud but the leaves, though mottled, are lighter in color than any of my other paphs. The color varies from medium to lime to actual white. Is this normal? Is it a sign of something? Can I correct it?

Hi there. Sukhakulii has lighter colored leaves than the other mottle leaved Paphs. Mine is sort of a light gray green color. This isn't the best pic, but my sukhakulii is right in the center of the pic. You can kind of see the color of the leaves.
