Default New Plant Advice-Cymbidium

I just received from Cloud's Nursery two new plants. They are Cymb. Mighty Remus Rhone and Cymb. Mighty Sunset. They are both intermediate growers. I was wondering what lighting they require. I put them in a west window. Will the sun be too strong for them?

Grow cool to intermediate, under full morning sun and partial afternoon sun. Blooms in the spring.
