Default Milt. Culture?

I have a med. sized Milt. red velvet that's new to me. I was looking for some general culture advice. I understand these can be touchy. It's in bark mix, small pot for the size and in phal light. I feel like I should be watering more but I'm not sure...as with most of my chids'
