Dendrobium Blue Violetta losing leaves

I understand that some Den. lose leaves while blooming and some during their winter rest (if needed). This plant has seemed very healthy and bloomed for months. It has finished blooming and has been losing leaves for a while. One or two at a time slowly turning yellow and then dying. Is this normal? This picture is a couple months old. Only 5-7 healthy leaves left. Any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
