Help with Mokara orchid

Ok was hoping for a bit of help as this is rather strange.

I recently purchased a Mokara orchid baby (mericlone) from ebay. (approx 10cm high). It arrive a week ago and all was fine as plant had good thick roots and nice stong leaves. Last night the plant was also fine, except for 1 veyr slight split in leaf (not mich or an issue as have other chids & phals that have small ones. Except i woke up this morning and the split is approx 1/3-1/2 accross the leaf & all the leafs have brownish soft(er) spots (erratic shape) over a few of them.

Its quite significant for over night i must say.

I mist the orchid twice a day (3 if its boiling hot). They are on a windowsill with net curtain to diffuse light and this particular orchid has not yet been fertilised (although it has been in contact with plants that were fertilised a week ago).

I have put the orchid 1/2 metre away from the rest of the orchids on the windowsill to keep it aside for he meantime until i can get soem advice.

Hoping you can help as the flowers are going to be really beautiful when it eventually blooms
