My orchid friend from work and I are making our monthly pilgrimage to FO this afternoon.

Repeat after me - I do +not+ need another orchid, I do +not+ need another orchid, I do +not+ need...

As of about 5 pm this afternoon I have three more lovely plants. I bought a spotty phal (2nd try on this one), something which will be a big, showy bllra with spots when it blooms, and a baby maxillaria.

As usual, we had a great time. My companion in crime bought a couple of plants as well.

I spoke with Stan (the owner) who said they might be able to give us a small tour if we picked a good weekend and gave them a few weeks warning. Another thought is to go one of their orchid growing classes, where they show off some of their nicest plants.

Who wants to go on field trip to Fantasy Orchids in June? We could all get a bite together too.
