OK, good pictures. Your roots look good, but wait to water again until the roots in the potting medium are a greenish white--they're moist enough now. I would probably just wait until the plant is finished blooming before I repotted it. It looks pretty good right now, but you might mist the areial roots to keep them from getting too dry if you have low humidity.

oh my gosh, i just looked really close, and i think i have 2 plants....
wow, but no, no new roots, the only ones I see are long, im guessing that means they aren't new
If i could, how would i go about seperating the two plants into separate pots without hurting the roots? (or the plant itself)

There is probably a basal keiki in there , just leave it alone until you repot, then you can decide to split it or not.
You're right, long roots aren't new ones. New roots will start out very small, kind of like a nub at the base of the plant.

Nope, not due to the size of the pot. Phals grow upside down in their natural habitat and when potted, some lean to one side or the other.
You can sometimes "straighten" them by turning the pot toward the sun on the high side of the plant. If you keep it in your display pot it shouldn't fall over. And once it stops blooming, it won't be so top heavy.

Yes it is. So now you'll have 2 plants for the price of 1

The hole looks like a bit of mechanical damage, and shouldn't be a problem. The yellow leaf might be too much water or it could be time for that leaf to go--I can't tell by the picture. The white stuff looks to be the residue from the grower or retailer's water/fertilizer spray, you can take a damp cloth and wipe it off.
