It's not planted in that thing.....there isn't a drainage hole in it, (isn't that bad?)

but i'll take a picture of the plastic "thing" its in and post it......

but from what you see so far, could it stand to be re-potted?

I repot everything when I get it so I know the condition of the roots. Your plant doesn't look like it needs to be repotted now from the picture you just posted. The roots at the bottom of the pot look wet so I wouldn't water just yet. What do the roots and medium look like from the sides of the clear pot? Can you see any new roots growing at the base of the plant?
