Buying online?

I live in western Canada and am looking to expand my collection. I've been looking online and am wondering if anyone can recommend some reputable growers and give any suggestions for buying online?

SP2340: looks like a great collection, but they require minimum 250$ to ship to canada....I love orchids, but I dont have that much space!

Anyone used clouds orchids?

I'm looking through now and wow! they have some gorgeous plants! It would probably be real easy to get to 250.00...if only I had the room....sigh...

I'm not sure if they ship to Canada, but you can try:

They've got a bunch of rare and awesome species. Just ordered a second plant from them.

The main drawback about online shopping is that you have no control over what plant you get (you can't pick what plant you get). Also, a lot of websites have a fairly limited selection. On the other hand, it's great because you can find a lot of rare gems online, and you'll often get your plants in a few days.

I think many growers do not want to ship to Canada because you need special permits etc.
