Your water should be OK. Draw it into a pitcher or bucket and let it stand overnight so the chlorine will evaporate.
The total hardness / alkalinity are a little high if you get into cloud forest plants or slipper orchids that need really pure water. Your pH is a little high, but if you use a small amount of a fertilizer designed for use with tap or well water, that will come down.
Your water utility publishes an annual water quality report online. They will have more detailed reporting there.
If possible, you can also collect rain water, and use that. Fertilizers formulated for use with rain or pure water should not be used in tap or well water, nor vice versa. Tap water fertilizer may make pure water very acidic.
