Default Liquid Seaweed

my phal is currently in good shape, new roots and a leaf are growing. I'm hoping next year it will actually spike and bloom. My question is about fertilization... is liquid seaweed enough as a main fertilizer? I also have a mix of 30-10-10.

also, is there a pre-emptive way of preventing mold? I repotted about a month ago, water about once a week... and i've noticed here and there that some of the coconut pieces have growth... it's pretty annoying. i'm hoping that there isn't any growth in the center of medium where I can't see...

Liquid sea weed won't have enough nitrogen in it for your phal to produce good full flower spikes. The 30-10-10 will give your plant what it needs, but the real trick is that you need to give it the right amount of light during its growing season. Too little light and the plant won't flower.
As far as the mold (you need more air circulation around the plant). You must have stagnant air by your plants to be getting mold. I have 200 plants and keep 2 small fans running 24 hrs per day. These fans circulate above and below the plants so as to not having a hard breeze directly on the plants.

thanks a lot for the input. is there any thing that i could water with to prevent mold as well? i've noticed that some of the medium on top, and some around the actual vents in the pot have grown mold... and having a clear pot, i've observed that pieces within the pot do not. it's strange...

i've sometimes used water with a pinch of cinnamon dissolved, and once a tiny bit of isypropl alcohol...
