Is this a new phal for you? I had the same problem right after I received several new phals into my collection. There is nothing wrong with your plant and unless you're overwatering, you are fine. Rest assured it's okay as long as it is maintaining its open blooms.
What I've learned has and will happen, the blooms cease to bud because you have changed the environment in which the plant was originally budding into bloom. You have to realize that the conditions which your phal is in now are not the same as they were once its original blooms open. After your phal adjusts to its new temperature area, humidity level and source of light, it should rectify its blooming cycle (dependent on how far into the blooming period it was).
However, if you had the phal before it began to bloom, then perhaps you need to reconsider all that was said above and adjust it all accordingly. How about your potting medium? How old is it? Can you see any salt crystallization near the roots of the plant? It could be due to be changed or perhaps you need to increase the fertilizing of your plant. I've read during the blooming cycle of some orchids that it's good to fertilize at half-strength every fourth watering until the bloom cycle has ended. I've also heard mention of a product called SuperThrive and perhaps you could look into obtaining some of this for your plant?
Now this information I am relaying to you is by no means coming from an expert, just from my own personal experiences and questions asked of others. Hopefully someone else will chime in, but if not, I hope this information will benefit you my friend. Best of luck with your 'chid
