Default Should this Cym. be split/repotted?

I was reading a thread and somebody had a similar sized cym. and was told it needed to be split or moved to a larger pot. What do you guys think about this one? There is a fourth bulb in the back in the first pic.

I agree, wait. I was told that to be successful, a cym split should result in two or more plants each with at least three pseudobulbs. I have only recently split my first one, and it was nerve racking, but both halves now have a new shoot. Before it was really filling a five inch pot, with eight bulbs.
