When I spoke to the guy I bought the KLN from he said there were two types of product for promoting healthy roots in 'chids, KLN & Superthrive. He sells both but favours KLN.
As far as I can tell they are similar products, but both are American products and I've found it can be difficult to get hold of either of them in other countries.
If a USA site is willing to ship them to your country then that's probably your best bet.
