Unhappy Repotting Phals?

I just picked up a Phal. Taisuco Noble P. equestris 'alba' that is in bloom and has three shouts with buds off the main stalk. It is in moss in a ventilated pot. Should I be repotting it now or waiting until the flowers drop? I prefer a bark/charchol mix, being a beginner and nervous about overwatering. The plant and roots all appear very healthy.

Hi

I moved your question into it's own thread for more exposure

I always repot everything as soon as I get it so I can make sure everything underneath is doing okay. I've done it to plants in all stages of growth including buds and blooms with no bad responses.

for the advice and for moving my question. Still working out how the site works. Will repot this weekend then. Off to soak the orchid mix.
