Thank you Ross. I believe you are absolutely correct. I rec'd this orchid last May and the leaves were already pleated. I looked at my watering notes and I have only been watering every 10 days and sometimes longer than 10...I'm letting it dry out between waterings which I should not be doing! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It is also in an east window without sheers until the sun gets lower in sky here in Canada. Soon I'll need to protect it more, saying that though, I have a big tree that will have lots of leaves on it thus more shading. I'm rambling on now, so again ......many thanks! :bowing
