Default Dryadella Zebrina help, please

Hi,
I've had this little Dryadella Zebrina for several months (rec'd it from Andy's). I have no problem with it, as far as I know. It seems very healthy, but it looks exactly as it did when I got it. Should I have expected "something"...new growths, roots, increase in size...etc. over the months? I bought a miniture Masdevallia Floribunda at the same time, and it looks great....roots crawling everywhere on top of the medium. I would like to know how my Dryadella roots look, but I haven't taken it out of the pot to check them yet because I know the little roots are so delicate and fragile.....I didn't want to harm them. If you suggest that I do, though, I will.....no prob.

It's growing conditions: I have it potted in all sphag and it sits in my Exo Terra tank. The humidity ranges from 75-95% (depending how often I open the door to water). It's sitting on an inverted pot above plastic recessed light fixture grill above about 1/2-1" of water in the bottom of the tank. I have a small pc fan in the tank, as well. I water my orchid everyday, so that the sphag stays moist (as per the directions on Andy's site). It's so tiny, I don't want it to dry out. The temp. inside the tank stays approx 75-80 degrees during the day.....as high as 95% at night. It receives from 600-1000 fc of light from a goosneck lamp with a 50 watt plant bulb in it (I can position the lamp so that it receives more or less light...depending on your advice)

By the way.....subject change: When I took the picture that I'm sending to you of my orchid, I have it sitting on my printer in the study. We took my husband's military diplomas down a few years ago and turned the room into a retro room for me (my red computer...etc. lol). Anyway, in case any of you may wonder what the words above my plant photo are all about, I attached a pic. No big deal....just thought I'd mention it in case any of you are like "curious me"

I would appreciate your advice.....
Thanks in advance,
Vicki

Hi,
I grow one in my East facing kitchen window in sphag in a little clay pot. I suspect maybe more light would help. Mine gets a lot of light and even direct sun in the summer and is in bud now. I generally don't see much change in the way of foliage, a new leaf here and there and an old one falls off. Yours looks pretty healthy.
I wouldn't worry about the roots too much if you want to take it out of the pot and check as long as it's been well watered they are pretty flexible.
Hope that helps!
