bud blast problem and ? new flowering stem

I bought two NOID phals 2 weeks ago and all seemed to be doing well the white ones buds opened over a few days and seems to be quite happy. The problem is the yellow/pink phal the buds are drying up and look like theyre going to fall off. I am guessing this is bud blast. What am I doing wrong both are kept at approximately 60f at night up to 68-74f day time, humidity I am struggling to get over 44% unless I am cooking and have the tumble dryer on. Though both the plants are kept in same conditions. I put Hydrolecxa in the tray theyre sat in yesterday with a bit of water but still the humidity hasnt increased noticebably.

The other picture is of the flowering stem of the white phal this little shoot? has not grown any since i got it and was wondering what it was and if it will do anything.
