Need Advice on Phaius Culture

Hi y'all. I have a Gastrorchis Tuberculosa that was given to me about a year or two ago. Although it's still alive, and had put out a little new growth last year, it's never bloomed and lately is not looking too happy at all. In fact, I would say it's downright depressed. I've had it in regular potting soil, but yesterday I repotted it using a mixture of about equal parts fir bark, sphagnum moss and soil. I've gotten mixed messages regarding this species' water requirements and I'm not real clear on how much light it likes either. Any advice from people who have had success with this one would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a pic if that helps. Thanks!
