Help my Phal!

I'm going to avoid misting then and just increase my sunlight a little bit and keep more on top of my watering regiment. Like I said earlier, when I checked the root system the other day, everything was bone dry even though I was watering every week to 10 days. My root system is a solid green color but I'm sure the lack of water explains my limp leaves..

Dendrobium ID and care

Can anyone take a look at my Den as well? No one wants to reply to my thread in the other forum..

This one looks good too, I've had it the same amount of time as the phal. I'm wondering what I can do to promote flowering this spring and what kind of winter rest if any it should be getting.
