Default Ceratostylis: How do I grow this?

So I got this Bulbophylum from a seller on E-bay and with it they sent a Ceratostylis rubra. I looks it up online but got mixed messages. Anyone know for sure some solid cultural info. Most pictures I saw on the net showed it mounted. So I suppose in that state it needs frequent watering, but how about in a pot? Should I let it dry a little? What about fertilization? Temperature? Light?
Is it a miniature? The flowers look beautiful and have a small plant, how about size of maturity? Any help would be awsome. I'm stumped.: scratchhead:

The rubra is very easy to grow with a little warmth. I used to grow it on Black Treefern. I found it liked about 60 - 70% shade, should never be let go totally dry at any time and fertilizer weakly, weekly when growing whch was most of the time. The min temp I had it in was 10c and it thrived. It will grow well with a higher minimum...12c. About that temp I don't know. The high day temp I had at time was 35c and it didn't seem to mind though I kept the moisture up and good air movement.

Thanks, Tulasi, for starting this thread! And thank you, Roy, for your culture tips! I've been really thinking of getting one of these guys. I just love the orange flowers. I do believe it is quite the miniature, although the vegetative growth can grow all over the place and pretty quickly too.
