It takes plants a while to adjust to new environments. If the relative humidity in your office is significantly different than the greenhouse it came from (which I'm guessing it is) it can cause bud blast, or what you are seeing with your flowers. With bud blast they just shrivel and fall off. I bought a Milt from a grocery store last spring that did the same thing as yours. The flowers never really opened all the way. I'm hoping for a better presentation this year.
