Default Psychopsis disease

Looks like the 3 days of nonstop raining has taken its toll on my Psychopsis. One bulb which has flower spike, the base of the leaf has turn soft and watery. Even the bulb is softer than the other bulbs. How can I save this bulb? Or to minimize damage without letting it spread to the other healthy bulbs?

*bump*

Looks like the disease has spread rapidly. Two bulbs had fallen victims, including newly matured bulb. >.< The bulbs turned mushy. Is it rot? What should I do? HeLP!

Sounds like you made the right diagnosis although a picture would be helpful. What do the roots look like?
