Default Using B1 on my chids

Im in Canada and its really hard to get things like KLN and superthrive but I managed to get some B1 drops. Will they do the trick? I have rooting hormone but its pretty old. I have been using the B1 for a few weeks and my plants seem to be liking it but maybe its just wishful thinking

I would guess your mind is mostly leading you to a bright conclusion, but B1 is a root stimulator, but like rooting hormones, it really is not necessary if you do a good job with the rest of your culture.

I'm not sure how it works for stimulation roots, but it is great overall for helping the orchids to grow better. My sister uses it on her orchids, I myself use Superthrive. My sis even soaks her orchids in B1 mixture before repotting. She has been using it for years, and her orchids are doing great.

I just noticed about 5 new root nubbs growing on a Den cane that stopped growing about a year ago. I suppose I also increased the light, the air circulation, the temp AND put some in s/h within the past few months LOL. Maybe they are thanking me for those changes, I was just suprized to see so much new root growth on all of them.

This is what can happen when you use a rooting harmone:
