To begin with, what types of "dens" do you have.
There are some that can be treated as regular orchids and others, the nobile types, that need to be put on a regimen of no watering until buds form. I live in Massachusetts and grow the orchids I have in a heated, ventilated sunroom whose temp averages about 75 during the day and 60 at night. The humidity rarely goes above 40. I would say that first you need to post the identity of the "dens" you have, then knowing the intelligence that resides on this website you will be inundated with solutions.
