Default "Green Light" Root Stimulator/Starter Solution

Hello,
Does anybody have any experience with this product? I have a phal with just a one-inch root that I wrapped in sphagnum and put in new bark mix. It is under a mini greenhouse, and I purchased this bottle of stuff from Lowe's and wondering if anybody has used it. It says it's a rooting hormone and fertilizer (5-15-5, no urea).
Just curious.
Thanks,
Dan
