Default Mtda. Maui Charm 'Sakura'

I have some question regarding re-potting my Mtda. Maui Charm 'Sakura'. It looks as though it needs to be re-potted, but I'm not sure what the best type of medium is. Right now I have on hand medium fir bark and medium charcoal. Is that going to be okay? Also, it's in a 2" square plastic pot. The smallest pot I have is a 4" round, pot with slits in the sides. Would it be okay to re-pot in a pot that big? I have no idea what I'm doing with this orchid! Any and ALL help will be much appreciated! I need all the help I can get!!

If it's overflowing the 2" pot then you can go to a 4" pot I usually make that leap. I use S/H and that way I don't have to worry about for a couple years

The bark and a little charcole should be good.

Thanks Bob!! I may have to do this soon! I bought it out of spike/bloom, so hopefully I won't shock it too bad!! I will have to get a better look at it first! The medium seems to be growing some algae or something on it. I just wanted it in some fresh mix.
