Thanks so much for the information everyone!
I figured that learning a bit about de-flasking and itty bitty seedling care was the next step in my orchid obsession. Following the success of that venture would be trying my hand at pollinating some of my best specimines. I think seeing the variations between blooms of seed siblings would be fascinating... and beautiful  I don't know how gowers manage to part with their near blooming sized crosses. I'd constantly be thinking I was getting rid of the prize of the bunch without knowing! :coverlaugh:
Thans Ray... I'll pass on the Phaphs Sanderianum! I think I'd be a bit impatient for it. I'll probably stick to my first flask being something that will be around 3 years to maturity. After all... I'm the one inspecting each one of my plants nearly daily to see if there's a new root or growth... 'cuz y'know it may have changed since yesterday!
Peter, I seriously envy your growing conditions!
But, the big question is really... what to do with all the 'chids! I keep thinking that if I continue to add to my collection, hubby will be forced to give into a nice big greenhouse!
