Growth???

I have a phal that stopped growing, it seems dormant? The leaves are a good color and it looks healthy it just doesn't seem to do anything no visible growth???

How long has it been dormant? Did it just stop blooming? how long have you had this plant? I'm sure it is fine if the leaves are fine and roots are still turning green when you water.

my phals all stop growing right now - don't keep the house quite warm enough for their liking I think - maybe that's what is happening with you?

Almost all of my phals are dormant right now. This is their time to think about producing flowers and hold up on the root/foliage growth. How long has it been since your phal produced a new leaf?

Do you have a picture of it, just to make sure nothing else is going on? Generally at this time of year all my phals which are not in spike are basically doing nothing other than a few green root tips. They just sit there otherwise. Once spring comes they usually start pushing leaves again.

I've had it a week or two. Got it discounted from a home store. It had two flowers on it. I'm green with phals. I live in central illinois. I'll put a picture up to see it
