I hope your phal is making a basal kei-kei, that would be so exciting! It's hard to tell if it's a new spike or kei-kei right now. Let us know which it is after it has developed more!

That looks very much like a basal Keiki on your Phal. It's too fat and not the right color for a spike. Still that's great news. The plant will live to bloom another day as soon as that Keiki matures. Leave them together in the same pot. They'll be fine. Good job!
