The reason I built my Orchidairum
The main reason I built my Orchidairum was because of my cats and the old orchid growing setup. I am sure the pictures will explain for themselves. They are twin brothers by the way. The blue boy's names are hershey and snickers. They use to like to eat my spikes on the orchids. So I had no choice to build the new the orchidairum

Yup!, thats why I bought an Exo Terra. Those are some very happy orchids and the brothers look like they are ready for a snack or something. My cats tend to sleep on top of it because the lights are warm, I just hope I dont leave it open or something...that would be.... lets not even think about that.

Great Orchidairum you put together but when animals are posted in the same thread, I've got to confess these critters win, hands down. The Blues Brothers are precious.

Those boys are gorgeous - and look like they like to get into things! They've got that 'what can we get into next look on their faces'!
Nice 'chidarium too! Happy plants, happy cats, happy Mom!

Nice orchidariam! I love your lil' blue partners in crime!
My Remy (white Persian) doesn't eat my chids but will knock them over in pursuit of a lizard. I guess there are as many personalities of cats as there are kinds of orchids.

Awww, your kitties are so adorable! At least your orchids are safe now from the naughty boys. One of my friends had to give up growing plants (except for a cactus!) because her cat would chew up absolutely everything

I'm gonna have to build something like this!!! I have 5 mischievous little kitties who are just waiting to get their paws on my orchids, again! How much does something like that cost to make? I could start saving my lunch money for it!
P.S. Your kitties are beautiful!
