Such information - if it exists - would be of little-to-no benefit, as culture and genetics both play HUGE roles.
Some phals have been known to bloom in flask, while the fastest "normal" culture I've heard of took 2 years from flask to bloom. However, even at that, I think it is likely that within that one capsule, you'd have plants bloom in two- to five or more years.
Then there are plants like Paph rothschildeanum, for which one often hears that "if you're over 40, don't buy a seedling, as you'll never see it bloom!"
