but at least a tiger wouldnt' poop on the window sill and peck at the window. It might even scare away other pests like in laws and raccoons. Plus you have a cuddly kitty who's dressed n ready for Halloween.

Sorry to hear that you haven't solved the problem yet. I don't know about the usa, but in France we can buy bird repellent spray. You just spray it where you don't want birds and they go away. They don't like the smell of it. It works pretty well, you just have to respray often if the rain gets that window often.
Please don't use the sticky pad! Birds legs are incredibly fragile, and they also don't cope well with stress. The stress of being stuck would probably kill it.

In hopes of speeding up the process of solving this dilemma, I did a Google search of tigers for sale and came up with this link.
Website offers tigers 'bred in India' for sale - Yahoo! India News
These tigers are only $13,000, which I think is well in the range of what any orchid addict is likely to spend You could get a 4 day old cub for $2,500 but then you will have to train him to kill blue birds.

I love my kitties they scare away all the birds. Adopted them both from the pound and they are the best kitties ever. You should get a kitty.

Can you cover the lower part of the window so the bird can't see its reflection? I found a website that has bird repellent stuff like a window decal that you apply so there is no reflection Bird Alert Window Decal
They also have a couple of products that you use to make the area the birds are landing in sticky because the birds don't like the sticky feeling on there feet.
