I wanted to thank everyone here for the tips.

I bought a dendrobium from Lowes that was on the sale table and had a drying spike and mildly droopy leaves. I reppotted it, it lost all the leaves and I moved it out of direct light. I started by watering every other week for a month, then every week, just water. After 2 weeks, I began to give it more light each week. I has been about 2 months, and I just noticed new growth.

I have moved it to my bright area, and will start to fertilize it next week (I do water only the first week of the month).
I can't wait to see what it will look like!! It is a NoID. I see my wife just repotted some succulents in the pot it came in. It is a pretty ceramic pot. We both made out well!!!
