Want to know how my orchid is doing

O.k So i have a orchid because mom really liked the scent of one she saw so we took care of her for 2 weeks and she was doing great but now she lost her flowers that where allready there when we got here so i'm a little worried and so i've been taking as much care of her and im re-potting her with my aunt's help who knows this stuff, but this is the condition she's inn now and i want to hear opinions, is she sick or something, because she has a tare in the middle of her leaf (the way i got her) and one little stem with one long leaf is a little yellow with brown tip...[IMG][/IMG]
