New growth on Dendrobium... what do I do?

We don't have a Stepehn H Smith grarden center, there are three near me but done of them are that.

I've never thought of looking in Lidl, not the sort of place I would think to look for plants, but we have one near here so I will keep and eye out.

I agree that while I like to have names, if I like the plant then it does not matter if it is a NOID. All my orchids are currently NOID and while I would love to have names for them I would still buy other NOIDs if I liked the plant.
