From what I am seeing the root system looks healthy, plump, few sweet fresh tips and productive. I am unsure of the leaf coloration as I am by no means understandable of the viv culture.

Patience, young Jedi...

I think it looks ok. Not near death or anything. But I'm still sticking with my suggestion of cutting back on the watering... It may be getting a wee bit too much light, see if you can move it down a couple inches (heck, saw off two inches of the mount if you want).

I'll just take a deep breath and step away from the ledge

My concern was that the roots were more wrinkled than when purchased and it did drop about six leaves in that time as well. Will look for a more shaded spot.
