Question Multifloral Maudiae type hybrids

to you orchid lovers out there
I have this baby, Paph (Hsinying Gevaert x fairrieanum album 'Jac' AM/JOS), which I bought from supermarket 4 years ago. It has flowered thrice, all were unifloral, though multiple spikes. Strangely this year, I have three spikes all with two buds. Unfortunately, one spike plus one smaller bud on a second spike failed to make it to bloom. Now, I have three flowers on two spikes. Any suggestion as to how to 'boost' multiple flowers with Maudiae type hybrids?
Regards,
Stephen

#1, you won't !!! What you are getting ( 2 flowers per spike ) is not rare nor uncommon BUT that will be the limit. The only way you could get more flowers per spike is if one of the parents was a multi floral, which its not, sorry.

Maturity and good culture will maximize the plant's ability to live up to its genetic make-up.

Your hybrid is not considered to be truly multifloral, so I'd view any extras as a plus, and be happy.
