Jerry, Congratulations on your growing !
You are obviously providing ideal conditions!! so just keep on doing what you are doing! All I can sugest other than that is to ....just keep a close eye on the roots and medium for rot or breakdown
I also think that Camilles point is a very valid one ...it's in the genetics of the plant..
I have a white Noid Phal, that's been in bloom, on the same stalk since july 2006! in that time it has put out 3 new leaves and three keikis (whom I have replanted and are growing) as well as always had flowers( It has 2 at the moment which are still 'big' and is the only reason I have not cut the stalk off! (big flowers very turgid leaves)
just like Tim's seem to be doing... keiki & flowerbuds next to each other on a stalk...
keep us posted as interesting to see what happens!

I have noticed a trend with white Phals, they seem to produce lots of flowers and seem to flower continuously
