You can feel a difference in weight with clay pots too. It'll just take a little practice.

Doc, quite the impressive ste up you've got going! I've seen pics of the advantages of clear pots but mine sit on the front porch always on "display". Until I get the feel of lessening weight, I'm using a small kitchen scale.
